Idwala Industrial Holdings Limited Bursary South Africa 2025 ABOUT THE BURSARY PROVIDER – IDWALA Idwala Industrial Holdings (Ltd) is a certified BEE Company, whose long history in mining and processing, dates back to the 1950’s when Anglo Alpha purchased the Carbonates operation. Today, the company is involved in the mining and processing of Calcium Carbonates, Lime, AgriLime, Limestone, Magnetite and Pyrophyllite. Idwala is part of the Bud Group, whose other member companies include: Ferro, FFS Refiners, Cerebos, CJP Chemicals, NCP Chlorchem, Walvis Bay Salt Holdings and Botswana Ash. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IDWALA BURSARY PROGRAMME Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must be a South African citizen You must reside within a 200km radius of Danielskuil, in the Northern Cape province You must have completed Matric You must have passed all subjects in Matric and have achieved a minimum result of 60% for all major subjects in Matric You must be studying or intend on studying towards a qualification within a core discipline You must be studying or registered to study at a recognised and accredited public University or Technical College in South Africa You must be willing to work and excel in the specialised discipline of study You must be a top-performing student Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups HOW TO APPLY FOR THE IDWALA BURSARY PROGRAMME Students who meet the above criteria, may apply by submitting their application in either of the following ways: Email: limerecruitment@idwala.co.za (Insert the words “ Idwala Bursary 2025 ” in the email subject line).
