ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WSP BURSARY Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must be a South African citizen You must have completed Matric You must be studying towards one of the Engineering degree (BEng / BSc Eng/ BIng) qualifications listed above You must be entering your 2nd, 3rd or final year of study in 2026 You must be studying at a recognised and accredited university in South Africa You must have achieved a minimum overall average of 65% for your qualification to date You must have passed all subjects for the 2025 academic year to date You must be passionate about Engineering You must be dedicated to your studies You must NOT be in receipt of any other bursary or scholarship funding Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates HOW TO APPLY FOR THE WSP BURSARY Applications must be submitted in 2 steps: Step 1: Complete the online WSP Bursary Application 2026 (Job Identification: 73260) Enter “www.zabursaries.co.za” in the field asking how you heard about the WSP bursary.
