The North West Provincial Treasury is offering a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme in partnership with the Finance and Accounting Services Sector Education and Training Authority (FASSET).

The programme is aimed at unemployed graduates who want to gain practical public-sector workplace experience in financial management-related fields.

Successful interns will receive:

R5,833.33 per month

Internal Control Graduate Internship – X1 Post

Applicants must have:

• National Diploma in Accounting.
• Degree in Accounting.
• BTech Accounting.

Applicants must use the correct reference number when applying because this is a separate placement from the Finance internship.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be South African citizens.
• Be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Be unemployed graduates.
• Have completed the relevant qualification for the internship being applied for.
• Not have previously participated in an internship programme.

The advert states that applicants who have already participated in an internship programme will not be considered.

If previous internship participation is discovered after appointment, the advert states that the internship contract may be terminated immediately.
