This is a full-time, permanent graduate programme based in Johannesburg, offering structured development, monthly training, and action learning projects across FNB’s retail and commercial banking segments.

About the FNB Graduate Programme

The FNB Graduate Programme places graduates into specific business units where they do real work from day one while participating in a formal development journey. Graduates work in teams across areas such as credit analytics, product development, technology and process optimisation, financial and risk analysis, fraud, brand, customer experience (UX), and financial management.

Graduates are employed in permanent roles, work full time, attend monthly training sessions, and complete an action learning project to accelerate professional growth.

What You’ll Do

As an FNB Graduate, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding needs and creating innovative, data-driven solutions
• Planning and executing tasks efficiently, keeping accurate records, and meeting deadlines
