About the Training Programme
Probation Period
- First 6 months is a probation phase
- Both parties assess long-term suitability
Training Structure
After probation, apprentices will:
- Attend practical training institutes (if required)
- Complete distance learning through a college
- Attend Saturday classes (if applicable)
- Receive product training from suppliers and AFGRI specialists
- Participate in internal technical training
