Entry requirements

• You must have a National Senior Certificate, Grade 12 or Matric, or ABET/AET at NQF Level 4 recognised by SAQA.
• You must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies, use heavy-duty laundry and cleaning equipment, and operate lawnmowers and weed eaters.
• You must be willing to work with human excreta and fluids, including blood, and work with and lift corpses of varying weights.
• You must be able to remain on your feet for up to 12 hours a day, work shifts including night duty, weekends and public holidays, and work extra hours at short notice.
• Hospital-environment and patient-care exposure is an added advantage.
