An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and experienced STOREMAN to join our team.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

To be responsible for the management of goods receipt and goods transfer transactions to provide an excellent support to all departments and to receive and distribute goods procured

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Management of optimal stock levels
• Provide a support service to production departments.
• Assist with stock counts.
• Responsible for transfer and receipt transactions of stock
• Conduct work in-line with policies and procedures and comply with Safety, Environment and Food Safety standards.
• Monitor and manage the Receiving and Issuing process.
• Monitor and management of Housekeeping.
• Provide office administrative support and service level of Procurement.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 

• Grade 12
• Storekeeping/Warehousing qualification will be advantageous
• At least 3 years’ experience in storekeeping/warehousing
• NAV exposure would be advantageous
• Forklift license advantageous
