Within I&T, the Governance and Service Transition Department focuses on ensuring that systems, processes, and technology solutions are delivered with consistency, quality, and accountability. The Quality Assurance Team is central to this mission, helping the business implement dependable solutions that support daily operations and future growth.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Studies, or a related field will be advantageous.
• A combination of Information Technology and Commerce-related subjects will be advantageous.

Essential Experience

• This is an entry-level graduate opportunity.
• Candidates with at least two years' relevant experience within the VKB Group may be considered, even without a formal tertiary qualification.
• Exposure to agricultural business processes will be advantageous.

• Develop and maintain an understanding of the VKB Quality Assurance Framework, methodology, and standards.
• Execute testing activities for business-as-usual and project-related initiatives.
• Prepare and perform manual test scenarios and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the appropriate channels.
• Support defect investigation and resolution activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse testing outcomes and identify recurring quality concerns and trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and quality standards.
• Participate in prescribed training and development initiatives.
• Build knowledge of business systems, processes, and operational requirements.
• Monitor and communicate progress on assigned testing activities.
• Maintain accurate testing documentation and records.
• Collaborate effectively with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders.
