Medihelp invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for the Marketing AI Content Creator Internship Programme 2026.

Medihelp is offering an exciting opportunity for one talented and creative graduate to join its Marketing and Communication team as a Marketing AI Content Creator Intern. This 12-month internship is designed to provide valuable workplace experience in digital marketing, artificial intelligence content creation, multimedia production, and creative storytelling.

The successful candidate will receive a monthly stipend of R10 000 for the duration of the internship.

Internship Responsibilities

The selected intern will assist and support the Marketing and Communication team with:

• Creating AI-assisted images, videos, and design content using tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva, and similar platforms.
• Filming videos for product promotions, explainer videos, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
• Supporting multimedia production and basic video editing.
• Adapting content across multiple digital channels.
• Testing new AI tools and technologies.
• Monitoring content and social media trends.
• Recommending innovative and efficient marketing workflows.
• Supporting digital content creation and communication initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Qualification in Digital Marketing, AI Content Creation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Demonstrated skills in AI prompting and AI-assisted content production.
• Experience in video filming and editing.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling ability, and visual design skills.
• Understanding of social media, digital marketing, and campaign content formats.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• South African citizen.
• Unemployed applicants will receive preference.
• Must be willing to participate in the recruitment and selection process.
