About the Internship Programme

The Thandulwazi Trust Maths and Science Academy, one of the schools within St Stithians College, in partnership with the FirstRand FirstJob Programme, is offering internship opportunities for unemployed South African youth.

The programme is designed to provide graduates with practical workplace experience across various departments within the Shared Services environment at St Stithians College.

Interns will participate in projects, administrative functions, and operational activities aligned with their field of study.

The following internship positions are available:

• End User Computer Engineer x2
• Procurement
• Finance
• Project Management
• Admission and Marketing
• Human Resources (HR)
• Risk and Compliance
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Hold a Diploma or Degree qualification
• Be South African citizens
• Be between 19 and 34 years old
• Not have participated in previous internship or learnership programmes
• Live within 50km of the St Stithians campus in Sandton
• Not currently be enrolled as full-time students
• Be available to work full-time during the internship
• Consent to background checks including criminal and credit checks

Preference will be given to:

• Candidates from designated groups
• Persons living with disabilities
