The Foschini Group (TFG) invites South African unemployed youth to apply for the YES (Youth Employment Service) Internship Programme 2026.
Internship Location: South Africa (All Provinces)
Programme Duration: 12 months
About the TFG YES Programme
The YES Programme is a government-supported initiative aimed at reducing youth unemployment by providing:
- Valuable workplace experience
- Retail industry exposure
- Skills development and training
- Improved employability
Through this programme, successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in retail stores and business operations across South Africa.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 28 years old
- Have Grade 12 / Matric (preferred)
- Be available for a 12-month fixed-term contract
- Not have been permanently employed with one employer for more than 1 year
- Not be studying full-time between April 2026 – March 2027
- Not have previously participated in the YES Programme
