Role Overview

Manages stocks in order to maximise gross margins and profits. Ensures that operating standards are maintained. Manages all aspects of hygiene and safety within the liquor store.Matric Grade 12
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position
Previous experience in the Wine/Liquor department or experience in managing a department
Key responsibilities:
Merchandising Management
Systems Management
Customer Services Management
People Management and Development
Finance and Administration
