Stoorbestuurder / Storage Manager

Kern doel van die pos:

Bestuur die winsgewende en volhoubare lewering van dienste, handels- en landbouprodukte aan kliënte in ‘n gegewe area\gebied.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12 (Landbou kwalifikasie sal tot voordeel strek);
• 2 - 3 jaar bestuurservaring in Stooromgewing;
• Geldige rybewys.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Administrasie;
• Voorraadbestuur;
• Bemarking;
• Natuurlike vermoë om in kompeterende landbou omgewing suksesvol te funksioneer;
• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office).

Verantwoordelikhede:

• Bestuur van finansies;
• Bestuur van personeel;
• Beheer en bestuur van administrasie;
• Mark aandeel groei;
• Bestuur en onderhoud van bates;
• Bestuur van voorraad.

Main purpose of the position:

Manage the profitable and sustainable delivery of services, trade and agricultural products to customers in a given area / area.

Minimum Requirements:         

• Grade 12 (an agricultural qualification will be an advantage);
• 2 – 3 years management experience in storage environment;
• Valid drivers license.

Skills:

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Natural ability to successfully function in a competitive agricultural environment;
• Administration;
• Inventory management;
• Marketing;
• Computer literate (MS Office).

Responsibilities:

• Finance management;
• Staff management;
• Control and management of administration;
• Market share growth;
• Asset management and maintenance;
• Inventory management.
