Coega Internship Programme Intake 2026

The Coega Internship Programme aims to provide workplace exposure to qualified graduates by bridging the gap between academic studies and the workplace environment.

The programme will run for a period of 24 months, providing structured workplace training, mentorship, and coaching to successful candidates.

Interns will participate in a formalised programme designed to transfer practical skills and industry knowledge.

• National Diploma in Internal Audit

• National Diploma in Information Technology
• National Diploma in Software Development

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

• Diploma (NQF Level 6)
• Degree (NQF Level 7)
• Honours Degree (NQF Level 8)

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be young, vibrant, and energetic
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and values
• Be younger than 35 years old
• Have no prior work experience in their field of study
