The Scatec Graduate Programme is a structured 24-month development programme designed to equip graduates with practical skills, industry exposure, and professional growth opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen
• Have a completed university qualification in a relevant field
• Achieve a minimum average of 65%
• Have less than 24 months working experience
• Have a clear criminal record
• Submit academic transcripts and certified qualifications
