About the Toyota Boshoku South Africa Graduate Trainee Programme 2026

Toyota Boshoku South Africa (TBSA) is offering a 24-month structured Graduate Trainee Programme aimed at providing practical workplace experience and technical exposure in the automotive manufacturing industry.

This programme is ideal for graduates looking to build a strong foundation in engineering while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Programme Duration

The programme offers:

• 24 months structured graduate development training
• Practical workplace experience aligned with your qualification
• Exposure to automotive industry operations and technical environments

Available Fields of Study

Applicants must hold a Degree (NQF Level 8) in one of the following:

• BSc Mechanical Engineering (3 positions)
• BSc Mechatronic Engineering (included within Mechanical allocation)
• BSc Chemical Engineering (1 position)
• BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering (2 positions)
• BSc Information Engineering (1 position)
• BEng/BSc Electrical Engineering (1 position)
• BEng/BSc Electronic Engineering (included within Electrical allocation)

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be South African citizens
• Have completed a relevant Degree (NQF Level 8)
• Not be currently participating in another graduate programme
• Not have previously participated in a graduate development programme
