About the Clicks Group TVET Internship Programme

The Clicks Group TVET Internship Programme is offered through The Body Shop retail stores and aims to provide unemployed TVET graduates with practical workplace experience in the retail industry.

The programme will run for 18 months and focuses on developing retail operations, customer service, communication, and stock management skills.

Johannesburg – Inland Region

What Interns Will Do

Successful interns will gain practical exposure in:

• Customer service
• Retail operations
• Sales and selling techniques
• Stock management
• Store support activities
• Workplace communication
• Retail administration

Interns will work alongside experienced retail teams within The Body Shop stores.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Completed N6 Certificate in Business Related Courses

Additional Requirements

Candidates must:

• Be unemployed
• Be South African citizens
• Be between 18 and 29 years old
• Be available for the full 18-month programme
