Discover Graduate Programme

The Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme is a permanent employment opportunity supported by a 2-year skills training programme.

This programme is specifically designed to develop future leaders within Vodacom.

Applicants must have completed at least an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification by the end of 2026.

The programme will start on 1 February 2027.

What the Discover Graduate Programme Offers

Vodacom Internship Programme

The Vodacom Internship Programme is a 12-month fixed-term contract that provides graduates with workplace experience.

The internship is supported by a carefully designed training programme that helps interns gain valuable work experience, explore career paths, network with professionals and earn an income.

This programme also serves as a pipeline into the Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or possible permanent roles when opportunities become available.

Applicants must have completed at least an undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification by the end of 2026.

The internship start dates are 1 February 2027 and 1 March 2027.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must be South African citizens by birth.

Applicants must be 26 years old or younger.

Applicants must have a Degree such as BCom, BSc or B-Tech in any field.

The qualification must be NQF Level 7 or higher.

Important Note on NQF Level 6 Qualifications

An NQF Level 6 three-year National Diploma will only be considered in the following fields:

Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology.
